5doing really well with the diet finding it very easy to stick to as you know exactly what you can eat each day ,once yoh get into a routine with it its plain sailing admittedly you have really got to want too.loose the weight .

whole diet
5Since Starting my Exante diet two weeks ago, I have managed to lose 1 stone 8lb and I find it so easy to follow, I especially like the breakfast bars, so easy to take into work and satisfys my appetite, great flavours and such a wide variety to chose between, coming home at 2pm a soup or a shake fits in great , then having an evening meal while my my husband eats normally is so not a problem, It makes me feels as if i am not missing out on the meal routine our house has. I have yet to come across any of the products that have left a nasty taste or not feeling satisfied. It's the best diet I have ever tried and given me the boost that I really needed, heading to the Dominican end of April for my 50th with family and I intend to look my best. A MASSIVE THANK YOU TO EXTANTE. The key is to change the variety of what flavours and meals you have each day, a variety is the spice of life..

5Fabulous shaker with marks for filling up with the right amount of fluid. Firm lid and metal thing inside mixes the shake perfectly.

Great little piece of kit
5Fab shaker. I have used shakers in the past & they don't seem to mix the shake well leaving it tasting powdery & lumpy. The metal ball inside this shaker really mixes the shake leaving it lovely & smooth. It's good that there is a measure on the side of the shaker so you can see how much water you are using. This shaker makes it easy & convenient to make my shakes on the go.

My 1st 10 days
4I've tried every diet going as I've put on 2lb a year for ten years. I'm not easy to please... I get bored and frustrated with the counting and weighing and lose heart when it comes off so slowly. I decided after my sister did so well so quickly on Exante to do it for 2 weeks! I knew it would be hard for a few days but thought I could manage a fortnight. I'm now on day 10 and I've lost 10lb! It is good for me for 4 main reasons, 1. No counting or weighing, or in fact choices, you don't worry because it's balanced with all your RDA of vitamins and minerals. 2. It comes off FAST so keeps you motivated. 3. Easy if you are out and about on the go, bars are great with a big bottle of water. 4. No choice (of other foods) means you just don't think about food all the time. The down sides are, you have to drink LOTS of water and I miss my cup of tea in the morning. Peppermint doesn't do it for me. Also, an evening out is tough! Just tell yourself it's not for ever. Next week I'll go onto the 700 cal man plan which means I can have my cuppa and a proper meal at night. My favourites... Vegetable soup, chocolate shake but made as a hot chocolate in microwave, toffee, nut and raisin bar.

5I bought a second shaker after this one, which sips out the content when shaking. But this one doesn't which is great
