5A good item for shakes etc, makes easy mixing

5After reading that the shakes would be best mixed with an electric whisk (which i don't own) i worried slightly but then i saw that this shaker bottle had the spiral mixer with it and it's absolutely perfect, does the same job as any electric whisk!! Love it

4Very useful little item for when you are on the move either at work or out and about . At home I use a blender for my products but this plays a big part in my daily life when I am away from home.

5Handy measuring lines on bottle. It is watertight (very useful for vigorous shaking) the metal ball helps get things creamy smooth. Does it's job perfectly!
