Multi functional watch
As free gifts go this was pretty good. Watch, alarm and chronograph all very good and quality also good Pulse monitor seems to work ok but is a little tricky on connection. The exercise calorie counter is rather clunky as it requires pulse readings at the start and finish and then works things out from the time period. Given my exercise machine has a calorie reading I haven't tried this function.

Easy
I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the products I purchased. I found the diet easy to follow and easy to adapt to my lifestyle. I obviously have favourites which I will order again these being most of the shakes ,the mushroom soup and the bolognaise and red chilli bean meals. I especially liked the maple flavour pancakes as well .
