Q1: What made you decide to lose weight?
A: Recently had my third baby and was finding the weight I had lost was creeping back on decided that after Christmas I was going to really focus to get back to a sensible weight.
Q2: What have you learnt during your journey with Exante?
A: That I don't need to snack and that all food has calories, I log everything into MyFitnessPal so I can monitor daily intake.
Q3: How did your plan fit into your lifestyle?
A: Brilliantly! Took the hassle out of thinking what's for breakfast? What's for lunch? I could grab a shake or bar with some water and then plan a healthy dinner for the family with no/low carbs for me.

Vicky followed the Exante 1200
I tried the Exante 1200 plan. I loved the fact I could still have a meal with the family. The kids loved the recipe for turkey bolognese with courgetti and the stuffed chicken was delicious.
In the first month I lost 15bs and I couldn't believe how easy it was. Being a mum of three i'm crazy busy, the shakes and bars meant I could grab something quick!
